By accessing or using the NadorMarket.com website or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Terms consist of three sections:

A request is made by creating a public advertisement on the platform (“Advertisement”). An Advertisement includes, among other things, the title and description of the products or services being offered or sought. The user who places an Advertisement is referred to as the “Advertiser.” Every User or member of the NadorMarket platform must be registered in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
NadorMarket is not a party to any agreement between Advertisers and Users, or between Sellers and Buyers. Advertisers (Sellers) and Users (Buyers) must resolve any disputes directly between themselves.
NadorMarket does not guarantee the quality, safety, or conformity of products or services traded through the platform and makes no warranties of any kind in this regard.
